Hi, I’m Edwin Wortel — Sinch Presales Consultant and Solution Architect at VASS Germany GmbH, helping organizations shape their customer experience and contact center strategy.

With more than 20 years of experience in international transformation projects, I connect business goals, CX strategy and technology — from requirements analysis and solution architecture to go-live. I advise customers on Conversational AI, contact center transformation and automation, and translate complex challenges into clear, value-driven concepts.

I work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and international delivery teams, drawing on Sinch Contact Pro, Chatlayer, Cognigy and Salesforce Service Cloud to help organizations improve efficiency and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.

Outside of work, I’m a music and art lover, and a curious world traveler — always inspired by creativity and connection.
